Massimiliano Locatelli studied architecture at the Politecnico in Milan and got his PhD at Columbia University in New York with the tutorship of Kenneth Frampton. He set up the architecture premise CLS Architetti with his partners Giovanna Cornelio, Annamaria Scevola and with Davide Agrati. The firm became Locatelli Partners in 2019.
梅西米里恩諾（Massimiliano Locatelli）是米蘭波利特尼科大學(xué)的建筑學(xué)博士，同時(shí)在世界著名建筑師肯尼斯·弗蘭普頓（Kenneth Frampton）的引導(dǎo)及推薦下獲得了全球著名的紐約哥倫比亞大學(xué)的博士學(xué)位。
他與他的合作伙伴喬瓦娜·科內(nèi)利奧(Giovanna Cornelio)、安娜瑪麗亞·斯切沃拉(Annamaria Scevola)和大衛(wèi)·阿格拉蒂(Davide Agrati)一起創(chuàng)立了名為“CLS Architetti”的設(shè)計(jì)公司。該公司于2019年更名為“Locatelli Partners”。
Massimiliano Locatelli developed design projects in different contexts: private homes, showrooms, shops, exhibitions, and the architectural design of new buildings. He also designs furniture, including purpose-designed furniture for individual projects and solutions for companies.
He won a number of competitions, including a tender bid competition held by the Municipality of Milan for the restoration and functional redevelopment of the complex of historic buildings in Piazza XXV Aprile, in Milan. He also took part in the Metamorph exhibition at the 9th Venice Biennale, in the section entitled ‘Notizie dall’interno’ (‘News from Inside’), and was also invited to take part in the exhibition entitled ‘Il paesaggio mobile del nuovo design italiano’ (‘The Changing Landscape of New Italian Design’) at the Milan Triennale Design Mu-seum. In December 2016 he was the ambassador for the House of Today design exhibition in Beirut. His design work for clients in fashion is organised as coordinated image management: from offices to showrooms, and from shops to fashion shows.

Galleria Lia Rumma
His projects for new architectural designs include the construction of the Lia Rumma art gallery in Milan, a residential building and a kindergarten in Milan, and the manufacturing unit for the Onward Luxury Group, which he presented in the Italian Pavilion at the 13th Venice Biennale. He is working on the reconversion of a textile factory in Piedmont and also designed the Nilufar depot space in Milano.
Another significant part of his work consists of designing private homes that involve many different types of interior architecture – large villas, townhouses, hotels particuliers, apartments, and historic homes, combining renovation, restoration and new construction, including a two-level penthouse in Vietnam, a town house in New York, an hotel particulier in Paris, and a residential building in Mumbai.

梅西米里恩諾（Massimiliano Locatelli）近期把工作重心放到高檔私人住宅設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目，包括：大型別墅、聯(lián)排別墅、高級(jí)酒店分店、高檔公寓和歷史悠久的私人住宅，將最新的設(shè)計(jì)理念融入到各式新老建筑之中，獲得客戶高度好評(píng)。項(xiàng)目包括但不限于位于越南胡志明中心地帶的數(shù)棟私人高檔別墅、美國紐約市的數(shù)棟高檔別墅、一家位于法國巴黎中心的歷史悠久的高檔酒店及一棟位于印度孟買的高檔私人住宅樓等。
In the last few years he has also developped projects for restaurants and hotels at Villa Reale in Monza (Milan), in Las Vegas for chef Wolfgang Puck and of a hotel de charme in Asia.

Massimiliano Locatelli with Locatelli Partners created CONVERSO, an art exhibition project devoted to the arts of our time, which was hosted at CLS Architetti own office in the former church of S.Paolo Converso.
As a designer, since 2012 he has presented his evolving vision for furniture and objects and in 2015 he laun-ched a new tableware project called Untitled Homeware.
In 2018 he achieves the Best Sustainability award with 3D HOUSING 05, the project of a 3D printed house realized for the Milano Design Week.
